DB lunges (15lb dbells) 10/leg
DB Stepups (7 height, 15lb dbells) 10/leg
Burpees 10

Circuit 2:

Chinups (I did 5,5,4)
Band Pushups (I did 12,12,12)
Situps 20
Jump Rope 100 jumps

Finisher:

Front plank 30 seconds
Right plank 30 seconds
Left plank 30 seconds
