20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
15 sets (7.5 minutes total)
Bent over rows w/70lb barbell x 15
Floor Wipers x 15 each side
Box Jumps (6 steps high) x 15
6 roundsFinish:
5 BurpeesDeadlift w/70lb barbell x 5
Alternate without stopping for 6 minutes. do as many supersets as you can, I did 7.
