Complex w/95lb barbell:
Deadlift x 8
High Pull x 8
Snatch x 8
Back Squat x 8
Good Mornings x 8
Bent Rows x 8

Did this complex 3 times
Finish:
Weighted Crunch w/30 lb barbell x 10
Reverse Crunch w/30lb barbell extended from chest x 10
Pushups x 10

3 times through
